These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Stan Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the Client (“you”, “your”).

By purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

  1. Services

Stan Studio provides Stan Store setup and configuration services, including but not limited to:

  • Store setup and configuration
  • Product upload and layout
  • Branding implementation
  • Basic integrations
  • Technical guidance related to Stan Store

We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Stan Store.

  1. Payment Terms
  • All services require 100% upfront payment before work begins.
  • No work will commence until full payment has cleared.
  • Payment confirms your agreement to these Terms.

All fees are non-transferable.

  1. Nature of Service

Our services are:

  • Customised
  • Digital
  • Delivered remotely

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Work begins shortly after payment.
  • The service involves time, strategy, and custom implementation.
  • Value is delivered through labour and expertise, not physical goods.
  1. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide login access, branding assets, copy, and product information promptly
  • Respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensure all content supplied complies with Stan Store’s policies and applicable laws.

We are not responsible for:

  • Account suspensions
  • Platform policy violations
  • Payment processor issues
  • Third-party platform outages
  1. Refund Policy

    Due to the customised nature of our services

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

By purchasing, you expressly agree that:

You request work to begin immediately.
You waive any 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once work has started.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Business performance dissatisfaction
  • Lack of sales or results
  • Failure to provide required materials
  • Delays caused by the Client

If you cancel before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion minus administrative and payment processing fees.

  1. Revisions

Your package includes a limited number of revisions as outlined in your service description.

Additional revisions or scope changes will incur additional fees.

  1. Intellectual Property

Until full payment is received:

  • All materials remain the property of Stan Studio.
  • Upon full payment:
  • You are granted usage rights to your completed Stan Store setup.
  • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  1. No Guarantees
  • Stan Studio does not guarantee:
  • Income
  • Sales
  • Audience growth
  • Platform approval

We provide setup and implementation services only.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption.

  1. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree:

  • Not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us.
  • That doing so while retaining delivered work constitutes a breach of contract.
  • We reserve the right to pursue unpaid amounts through legal recovery if necessary.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the USA

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales and that of the USA
